The Most Fabulous! We were moving from across the country to Denver and, though we knew and loved Denver as visitors, we didn’t know where to start as hopeful buyers. Cue Alex and Derek. Alex and Derek took immense interest in us as people to help inform their recommendations of real estate options that suited us. Through the process, we were the champions—he allowed us to remain inquisitive, was patient with us when we were extra, and was direct and honest with us when we veered off track. We are now the proud of owners of our new home in Denver with new friends in Alex and Derek picked up along the way. Couldn’t be more grateful!

Fantastic experience! We used Alex and Derek to buy our new home and sell our old one. From day one, it felt like we were the only clients they had. They were always available for questions and took care of scheduling the contract work as well as coordinate with the HOA and title company. We had the BEST experience with Alex and Derek. We spent all 2023 brainstorming locations across the country, and when we settled on the Denver area, we were thrilled to connect with them. They chatted with us in November and were prepared to show us some neighborhoods, but our trip was canceled due to weather. We tried again in January 2024 with a preapproval, ready to buy, and offered on 2 properties. We lost the first one to a bidding war, but the second we were able to grab!! World Class Realtors!!! Alex and Derek are the best realtors ever. My husband and I made the decision to move from Florida to Colorado. I searched for a realtor and landed on Alex and Derek based on their reviews. It was the best decision ever! We reached out to them through their site and they immediately set a video call with us. We laid out our wants and budget. They set up a search for the areas we were looking in and the areas they thought we might like. I marked houses that I liked and wanted to see, for just over a month, before I flew to Denver. Alex and Derek cleared their calendar for the 4 days I was going to bed in town so they could focus on us. I did my normal drive by of houses and eliminated some. Alex and Derek set a meeting with me Sunday evening to sit down and review the houses I had kept and to also add additional houses they thought would meet our criteria. They had some time on Sunday afternoon before another appointment and met to view a few houses. They could read my reactions to the houses, both good and bad. When they met me later that evening they came with laptop and tablet in hand. We had many houses to look at on Monday. By the end of the day on Monday I had selected a house to buy. Alex and Derek had the offer ready and submitted by end of day. They moved mountains to get the home inspection and other stuff done before I left on Thursday. They communicated every step of the way while we were in Florida and kept the house moving here in Denver. When the closing took place there were a few snags but Alex and Derek were there to get the bumps out of the way! We closed as planned and was moving in the house the same day. If you are making a cross country move I 100% recommend Alex and Derek as found us a realtor in FL and coordinated with the FL realtors to ensure that we would have a smooth transition from FL to CO.
